Brewed my first cup this morning and the sweetness hit right away — the organic farming really comes through in how smooth it is. Smallholder care makes a difference you can taste.

The tasting notes are so clean and balanced, with this gentle sweetness that carries through every cup. I love that it comes from such small-scale organic farms, you can really taste the care in the roast.

I’ve been brewing this as my morning pour-over and the organic growing really comes through in the clean, smooth finish. It’s a joy knowing it’s from such small harvests near Oaxaca City, and the bag lasted me a good two weeks of daily cups.
