このコーヒーは、コーヒー生産で有名なエチオピアのシダマ地方産です。甘いチョコレート、柑橘類、フローラルな風味が特徴です。Ky Keberoはアムハラ語でエチオピアオオカミを意味します。この種はアフリカで最も絶滅の危機に瀕している肉食動物です。しかし、残存する150頭以上の個体が、このコーヒーが栽培されている地域の西に位置するベール山脈を徘徊しています。
