The flat, high Cerrado terrain really shines through in these beans — they roast evenly and the sweetness comes out beautifully. I've already ordered a second bag to dial in my home roasting curve.
Got the Cerrado beans dialed in on my roaster and the batch came out incredibly even, no scorching or uneven chaff. The distinct dry season really shows in the bean density, they hold heat beautifully during the roast. Already ordering another 500g bag.
Roasted my first batch from this bag and the beans were so even and clean I couldn't believe it was my second time roasting. The Cerrado region really shows in the cup—smooth and sweet with zero harshness. I'll be ordering this again for sure.
