It’s rare to find a decaf that doesn’t taste like a compromise, but this one’s citrusy brightness comes through clean and lively, even without the caffeine kick. I brewed it as a pour-over and honestly forgot it was decaf halfway through the cup.
The sugarcane method really does something special here—my usual after-dinner cup tastes like a proper Ethiopian with that classic citrus brightness, not a watered-down decaf. I've ordered it twice already and it brews smooth with no funky aftertaste.
