I brewed this in my pour-over this morning and the sweetness really came through, just like the high-altitude volcanic soil promises. It's got a clean, bright finish that makes me want another cup right now.
The cool mountain climate of the Tarrazú region really shows in this one—it's a bright, clean cup that feels lighter and more refined than most single origins I've tried. I brewed it in my pour-over and the sweetness lingered just right. Definitely ordering another bag before I run out.
