Brewed my first cup this morning and the juiciness really comes through, almost like a berry note that lingers. The beans were also incredibly uniform in size, which made dialing in my grinder a breeze. Definitely stocking up on this one before it's gone.

Brewed a batch this morning and the balance really stood out — the acidity and sweetness play off each other perfectly without either one overpowering. The beans roasted evenly too, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Definitely ordering again.

First sip hit me with that juicy brightness the description promised, and the sweetness balanced the acidity perfectly. I’ve already brewed three cups back to back and the uniform roast makes every batch consistent.
