The oat-forward sweetness comes through so clearly in this blend, but it's the Colombian beans adding a bright, clean finish that really seals it for me. I've been brewing it as a pour-over every morning and it's easily my new favorite.
The pour-over I made this morning had this creamy, almost honeyed sweetness from the El Salvador and Colombia beans that I’ve never gotten from a regular bag. It’s smooth enough to drink black, which is my usual test, and it definitely lives up to the oat-forward idea without being gimmicky.
