Ce café est cultivé à Tarrazú, au Costa Rica, dans la région des « Saints », une zone mondialement réputée située dans les montagnes luxuriantes au sud de San José. Réputée pour sa haute altitude, son sol volcanique et son climat frais qui permet aux cerises de mûrir lentement.

 

Ce terroir produit des cafés complexes, doux et de corps moyen, avec une acidité distincte. Associé à un processus de fermentation innovant, nous obtenons cette tasse de plaisir sucré et sirupeux !
