Espresso Blend Nº 4

The dark chocolate and cinnamon spice really comes through in the crema, and it’s sweet enough that I skip the sugar in my morning latte. This bag’s going to be a regular on my counter.

Dialed in my grinder and pulled three shots in a row with this and they came out perfectly balanced every time. I get the dark chocolate note on the finish, and it’s sweet enough on its own that I rarely add sugar. This is now my daily driver for home espresso.

The toffee and cinnamon spice come through beautifully in a cortado, and it’s sweet enough that I skipped the sugar entirely. My neighbor’s been asking where I got it, but I’m keeping that to myself for now.
