The monsoon process was a happy accident that has ended up being a staple of our offering since the very beginning. It has a very muted acidity with smooth chocolate and smokey tobacco notes, one of our best selling coffees to this day!

The bag lasted me two solid weeks of home roasting, and the beans came out beautifully even with my basic drum setup. Love how the muted acidity keeps the cup smooth without any sharp bite, exactly what I wanted for my morning brew.
Roasted a batch to City+ and the muted acidity really shines through — smooth cup even when I pulled it slightly early. The 500g bag gave me just enough for three solid roasting sessions, which is perfect for dialing in my process.
The low acidity is exactly what I hoped for—my stomach doesn’t protest even with a dark roast done in my little air popper. These beans roast evenly and smell fantastic while they’re cracking.
