Een vaste favoriet van Rave, afkomstig van kleine boeren net buiten Oaxaca City, Mexico. Deze koffie wordt standaard biologisch verbouwd, waarbij de boeren een zeer klein aantal bomen onder een natuurlijk bladerdak verzorgen. De koffies zijn zoet, toegankelijk en jaar na jaar van hoge kwaliteit.
