Deze partij bestaat voornamelijk uit koffie van Finca San Jeronimo, een vierde generatie koffieboerderij in Atitlán, samen met El Zapote, Gascon, Santa Irene & San Jorge. Gezamenlijk worden ze cafeïnevrij gemaakt met behulp van het suikerrietproces.
