Fitting this was a two-minute job, and the airtight plunger fit is back to normal—my morning coffee's consistency is noticeably better. Just wish they'd include a second one in the pack, but it's doing exactly what it should.
My old seal was so worn the plunger practically slid through, but this replacement fits snugly and the resistance is back where it should be. Brewing feels consistent again, which is all I really wanted.
