The bag arrived sealed tight and the beans look clean, no chaff or broken bits mixed in. Roasted my first batch and the even size made it super easy to track the color change, really solid for dialing in a home setup.

I was a bit nervous about buying unroasted beans for the first time, but the 500g bag is perfectly sized for my roaster and the cherry aroma right out of the bag is a great preview. Roasting these to a medium city just highlighted how clean and sweet the cup is.

Roasted a batch this morning and the beans are incredibly uniform, which made the whole process way easier than my last bag. The 500g size is perfect for dialing in my roast curve without committing to a huge quantity. Proper spelling of Colombia on the bag is a nice touch too.
