I’ve made cold brew three mornings in a row now, and the fine mesh filter catches every bit of grounds so the coffee comes out crystal clear. The glass pot feels substantial enough to leave on the counter, and the whole thing disassembles for a quick rinse.
The glass body is thick and feels really sturdy, and the whole brewing process in the fridge is super straightforward. After about 12 hours I strained it and got a smooth, clean cup with zero grit at the bottom. Definitely my go-to for iced coffee now that the weather's warming up.
The mesh filter is so fine that my cold brew comes out completely grit-free, which was my biggest worry with other pots. I just set it on the counter overnight and by morning I've got a full batch that stays fresh in the fridge for days.
