100克冷泡咖啡粉
0.5公升過濾冷水
過濾咖啡的工具，例如：法式濾壓壺、Swissgold或濾紙 - Chemex / v60等
沖泡方法
將100克咖啡粉加入1公升容器（如大型法式濾壓壺）中。
加入半公升過濾冷水，攪拌確保咖啡粉完全浸濕。
放入冰箱冷藏過夜，約12至24小時。
