The beans are genuinely huge—Maragogipe lives up to its reputation—and the washed processing keeps the cup remarkably clean and bright without any harsh edges. Brewed a pour-over this morning and it was gone before I finished my toast, which says everything.

The washed process really lets the cup shine—clean, bright, and surprisingly sweet for a coffee with such delicate acidity. I brewed it as a pour-over and the large beans ground beautifully, making the whole ritual feel special. Definitely worth the splurge for something this unique.

These Maragogipe beans are so huge and dense that my pour-over bed looked completely different, and the washed process really lets the clean, sweet character shine. Brewed a cup this morning and it's easily the most interesting coffee I've had from Peru in a long time.
