Koffie uit Papoea-Nieuw-Guinea staat bekend om zijn volle body, chocoladetonen en zachte zuurgraad. Deze koffie is daarop geen uitzondering en biedt smaken van pure chocolade met sinaasappel, muscovadosuiker en een rijke moutige afdronk.

First crack came right on schedule and the whole kitchen smelled like dark chocolate. The beans look clean and even, and the cup has that thick body with a gentle tang that makes Papua New Guinea my favorite. Just bagged my second 500g order.
Roasted a half batch last weekend and the gentle acidity really balances the heavy body perfectly—my espresso shots have never had this much depth. The 500g bag gave me enough for several rounds of dialing in my roast profile, and I’m already ordering more.
The chocolate notes come through beautifully after a light roast, and the gentle acidity makes it dangerously easy to drink. My first batch of these unroasted beans had an intense body that held up well even as the cup cooled.
