Negli ultimi anni abbiamo collaborato con Marta Dalton e la sua famiglia tramite la sua azienda Coffee Bird; in effetti, la maggior parte dei nostri caffè guatemaltechi proviene da lei!

 

Abbiamo deciso che la fattoria della famiglia Dalton aveva prodotto qualcosa di perfetto per noi: un caffè equilibrato e dolce con note di mela rossa e caramello.

 

Nota bene: non tentare mai di macinare chicchi verdi non tostati.
