Roasted a batch to City+ and the sweetness really came through—these beans are clean and forgiving for a first-time home roaster. The 500g bag gives me plenty of batches to dial in my technique, and the smallholder story adds a nice touch I appreciate.

Home roasting can be hit or miss, but these had an even, clean sort that made my first batch come out surprisingly smooth. The 500g bag is a perfect size for testing without committing to a huge order. I've already got another one on the way.

Unroasted beans are a fantastic way to control the roast level yourself, and this batch roasted up beautifully even in my simple popcorn popper. The smallholder story makes me feel good about the purchase, but honestly, the evenness of the bean size is what sold me on the quality.
