Este perfil de tueste aporta muchas notas de chocolate y frutos secos, con deliciosos sabores dulces de azúcar moreno. Lo que lo hace muy accesible y versátil para todos los métodos de preparación.
Brewed this as a pour-over this morning and the body is noticeably heavier than most Peruvians I've tried, which I loved. The roast profile really lets that sweet, nutty character through without any bitterness on the finish. Already looking forward to the next bag.
