Brewing with this thing is almost foolproof—the flat bed and wave filters keep the flow steady, so my pour-overs taste balanced even when I rush the kettle. Cleanup is a breeze since the steel body rinses right out.

The flat bed and those wave filters give a really even extraction—my cups have been noticeably cleaner and sweeter than with my old dripper. It’s also forgiving enough that I don’t stress about pouring technique on busy mornings.
