Este café excepcional tiene un carácter expresivo y afrutado, logrado mediante un complejo proceso de fermentaciones. El productor, Jorge Mira, ha diseñado un sistema de recolección cuidadosa, seguido de un proceso de 'choque térmico' que lava los granos de café con agua a 45°.

El resultado es un café intensamente aromático y dulce. Un tueste ligero resalta estas cualidades y crea una taza de café brillante y dinámica que nos recuerda a las visitas de la infancia a la tienda de golosinas: ¡piensa en ruibarbo y natillas, ensaladas de frutas y refresco de crema!
