Home roasting this Guatemalan was a real treat—the beans are beautifully uniform and the 500g bag is perfect for a few batches. First crack came through clean and even, and the cup had a lovely sweetness I didn't expect.

The 500g bag gave me three solid roasting sessions, and the beans came out remarkably even for their first ride in my drum roaster. Loving the nutty, chocolatey aroma that filled the kitchen—this batch from Marta Dalton's family farm is a keeper for sure.

Roasted a small batch last weekend and the beans were remarkably even, no chaff problems at all. The 500g bag feels generous for the price, and the aroma coming off the roaster was incredibly sweet and floral.
