The cherries from Haider Abamecha's high altitude farm really do taste more developed than most single origins I've tried. Slow growing pays off, and the brew has a depth that's hard to find elsewhere.

The altitude and slow maturation really come through—this cup has that deep, layered sweetness I rarely find in other single origins. Brewed it in my pour-over this morning and the aroma alone was worth it. Haider Abamecha clearly knows what he’s doing up in Limu Kossa.

The slow-growing cherries from that high-altitude region give it a depth I wasn’t expecting for a single origin. I’ve brewed it both as a pour-over and in my French press, and it holds up beautifully either way.
