The cone shape makes the pour-over process almost too easy—coffee comes out clean and bright, with none of the sludge I used to get at the bottom of my mug. These things hold up well even with a heavy hand on the kettle.

Folded the cone shape into my V60 and the extraction came out noticeably more even—no more bitter tail end in my cup. The paper holds up well during the brew, and the grounds stay put with zero sludge in my mug. These are the only filters I'm buying from now on.

My pour-over has never tasted this clean—no silt at the bottom of the cup, and the extraction is noticeably more even. The paper itself feels sturdy enough to hold a full bloom without tearing.
